Children admitted for Emergency Care Services receive basic childcare services and may receive therapeutic services as indicated by their specific circumstances. However, we do not currently provide Treatment Services. Garden of Hope recognizes licensure requirements of separating populations to ensure safety of all youth. For example, children admitted for Emergency Care Services may only be combined with children in non-emergency care for meals, recreation, and transportation. Any change in provision of services requires notification and approval of permit by RCCL prior to provision of such services. Garden of Hope is a privately operated 501(c)(3) business incorporated and chartered in the State of Texas.

Support for the Kids
Garden of Hope's mission is to provide a safe, caring place for children ages birth - 17 who are entering the foster care system from the very beginning of their foster care experience until they can be returned to their families, or placed with loving foster care families.

The Property
Located in Bell County, this scenic 2.89 acres boasts camping grounds, a pavilion, a tree filled fort, multiple fire pits for campfires, as well as a 4,100 square foot building.
